These services supply a competitive advantage for our clients by increasing available revenue streams, lowering costs and expanding a responsive production capacity.

Product development:
This service allows clients to develop line extensions and new pack sizes, and to receive assistance in the documentation licensing of existing formulations. The cost of product development can differ widely depending on the nature and complexity of the development work. In general, we would retain the know-how for the development work and secure intellectual property rights as well as the manufacturing rights for newly developed products.

Planning & procurement:
This service offers clients customized materials, logistics planning and the benefits of group purchasing programs. The cost of planning and procurement is a margin on the materials we purchase. The margin is dependent on the volume of purchasing, inventory holding periods and the level of benefit to the purchase price reductions achieved for our clients.

Toll manufacturing:
The multiple production facilities make possible the replication of manufacturing and packaging processes based on clients' specifications. The cost of toll manufacturing is calculated on an activity basis taking into account the exact workflow, operating times, headcount requirements, and analytical procedures. The toll-manufacturing fee is charged on a per unit basis and adjusted on an annual basis to take into account changes in the underlying cost structure.

Primary repacking and regional distribution center:
The cost for these services is activity-based and depends primarily on volume for repacking and volume and movements for regional distribution.
